TBH it's Friday and Saturday at 1am server time. Most people are still awake in Europe then, so it's hardly an inconvenience.

Our usual raid times are around 4-6 PM PACIFIC/7-9PM EASTERN USA time.. we just start raiding around about those times.

Your application process concerns me. You have no creativity when raiding. You want everyone to know the fight one way, why? Live a little and try new things, you never know, you might find an easier way to do it.

When I ran my guild in CATA Me and our leaders/officers knew how to do most of the fights 3 or 4 ways. 2 of those ways were our own and couldn't find any videos on how to do them. For us, it was also easier then the "best" way.

Because it ends up being the most efficient way. This isnt like retail, and there are bugs which prevent alot of alternate tactics. The tactics we have are the ones we KNOW will work with molten. This guild has been successful for almost three years now. No need to change a formula thats working, is there?
