Once a target is hit and desecration is active it will not reactivate until the target moves from out of the area of the existing dessecration.

I would want something like a trashtalk thread. I've seen them before every official match in the LoL subreddit and you can basicly find any circlejerk in them. Mods are usually cool with them and it's all in good spirit. Can't say the same for the drama here tho.
