I just want a clear answer. How about those people who had shadowmourne but decided to make a new toon on their 2nd account? Can we make some verification process before coin resets?

The bonus (gonna-be-wiped) Coins are always the first to be spent. So no need to discriminate at all.

If you donate 100 and got +35, and spend 35, the donated 100 will stay. If you spend 34 and the time expires, you will have 100 instead of 101.

amen, the best solutin might be to increase the refund time to like 20 days. Let us refund our toons and remake then on that account which can get SM.

I also spent all my coins as we were told coins would reset. It shows it's available to resend but I don't have coins anymore because of this.. I'm past the point where I can refund pieces as well. This is sad. Will this be addressed or are we suppose to donate all over again? When we can.

This right now is the million coin question for a lot of players it wouldnt be such an issue if we could donate again but as it is its a tough one and hard to take for some :cool:

so, after wipe #2
1- 100% refunded coins
2- you have 30 days to use them or wipe
3- legendaries weapons will not be available soon ( that's what kaer said on molten stream)
4- people rushing marketplace spending their coins trying to get at least 10% of what their toons used to be.
5- in less than 2 months, sm is back and i'm sure 70%+ of people who had it before the wipe can't get it now.

what will happen now ?

Can you honestly see them letting us return items we bought just to use coins because they were going to get wiped? but if anyone does put a ticket in with this problem and gets a reply please pm me id like to know what smyth or staff POV on this seeing as none reply hardly here now :cool:

1 mod answered me with reject of solving this problem 3 days ago. but now idk. ticket system is still overloaded. i already gave up

It is not our fault you spent all your coins. Everyone who wanted Shadowmourne saved their coins until today.
You will still be able to take the weapon in the future, but only after donations are open again (no ETA on that though).
