well as hunter i can break CC + detterence right away so i can negate almost all attacks giving my healers time to heal me. you do not have that advantage as a holy priest so you would die instantly. i do not fault you but i am saying i am not desperate enough to overextend to take you out as i will probably die and id rather wait a minute or two into battle where you get close enough so i can snipe you. you say i know nothing about holy priest? why is it that no other RBG comp on this server has one including infected and donors? because it is the easiest healer in the game to kill and provides almost no benefit to your team if you get pulled in and focused. Anyone serious about RBGs wether its infected with 3+ years of rated bgs or donors who currently has the best RBG team and retail RBG players with 2.4k+ xp wont use a holy priest and thats all i need to know about why you shouldnt use a holy priest in RBGS.

and until you can show me that you can beat donors as a holy priest i will not change my mind about which spec of priest is superior

its okay he lost to me earlier with kaspis boomkin their team had 5 healers we only had 1 and they still lost

Ok lets break this one down. Fine you have deterrence. I have Guardian Spirit and Desperate Prayer. I have a human racial, an instant cast bubble to speed me up and negate slows. I have several instant cast heals and a AoE fear for melee classes. I will survive for a few seconds at least tclick, please.
Don't worry I will never get in close enough for you to hang back and attempt to kill me.
Why is it that no other comp on this server has a holy priest in it? Well donors has all of the healing they need for obvious reasons, and I don't know about Infected. I'm sure it is because we are the superior guild. :)

Why is the holy priest thing even getting this much of a discussion? Makes it seem like it's even remotely close to being viable in PvP. Any PvP'er will know (or should know) that the only healers viable for any form of PvP is RSham, Hpal or DPriest. RDruids has it's moments in some comps but not many. And holy priest...well back on retail I don't recall ever seeing one above 1.7k in any bracket :/

I play Holy Priest because it is fun and I have no intention of being r1 healer ally. It works successfully in random bgs (What I mostly play.) and so far in rateds it has been fine.
