Various AFK mechanics:
You are marked AFK automatically after 5 minutes without any interaction.
You'll be logged off and sent to the character selection screen if you are AFK for 30 minutes.
You'll be disconnected from the server if you remain at the character selection screen for 30 minutes.

Yeah, i started playing yesterday and tonight there are already more than 800 people in the queue. It has been almost 40 minute since the queue started, and i haven't logged in yet.
Do not get me wrong, I'm literally loving the experience of playing here on Lordareon (and I want to thank all the Warmane Staff that he has done, and continues to do, a really great job <3) .
However there is no doubt that we must solve, in some way, the issue of the queue.

Unfortunately, 800 is a small queue. In the worst case it can be over 2000, which takes over 4 hours to log in.Quote:

The queue is only caused by fear of queue, everyone is looking at their own, they don't consider others. Its a human trait, far more noticeable in a game.. online.. with no interaction face-to-face.
If people didn't fear the queue, they wouldn't hog it and afk, if EVERYONE did that, and leave when they wanted instead of taking up a slot, then everyone would enjoy it.
Problem is: Fear of queue: How can you guarantee that 12k-15k people you don't even know will do the same? you can't, so we just have to deal with it.
Yeah, this should definitely be fixed. I logged out earlier to go run some errands. Was gone for four hours. Come back home and low and behold I'm still logged in the Character Selection screen. Four hours is a little ridiculous if you ask me.

See, server dc'ed at peak times and like now there is no queue at all. Is it enough for devs to actually admit that there is problem with afkers on char screen ? and its not "just 100" ppl
