Why are you people not reading the post?

You're clearly still DOWNLOADING THE GAME when it clearly says that this only works with FULL 5.4.8 CLIENT

I get this message when I try to start the game: "Data//wow-update-base-18273.MPQ: Cannot stream required archive data. Please check your network connection. For more information, see:
https://battle.net/support/article/6250"

How do I fix this?

That is because your game is downloading missing Data. It will not let you go through if it has no information of that zone.
Only having a faster connectivity can speed up this process (or downloading the full client from the web).

I have the same problem as him. By full client, do you mean the whole thing that they provided? Because I just downloaded the .exe files from here: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....and-good-to-go
After fully downloading that I downloaded the WoD models that HonoR95 provided. Was I supposed to download the whole thing provided by warmane?

I am unsure whether there have been changes on the customizations files.
You can try just replacing Wow.exe, and if that does not work for you then proceed to download and replace the 3.1 GB.
