I didn't understand the reason for my ban, I never used a Bot or VPN or anything like that and I was still banned, I've seen several Bots walking around Stormwind and nothing ever happened and I was penalized for no reason.

I'm opening a discussion because I've seen several other people with the same problem looking for a solution, several tickets have been opened and so far nothing.

man, it is indeed very annoying, but I kinda feel a bit less bad for knowing it is a massive problema..

I logged into the game, and the message that appear is "Your IP Address (187.95.16.152) has been terminated due to Bot Network 1.1botting" i have never abused the server and I feel that I have been punished completely unfairly! I always played right and never did anything wrong to the server. i have 3 char at LV 80 and if i lost it will be a great shame to me and the server. I really like this game please fix it.

Yeah got the same issue from yesterday evening. 24h still no replay.

This account has been locked but can be unlock." I didn't do anything to lock my account I know the rules. I didn't even use VPN, cheats and not toxic too. please fix this. I enjoy playing this game but make me disappointed. "Your IP Address (- - -.- - -.- - -.- - -) has been terminated due to Bot Network 1.1". Please fix this as soon as possible lot of players to didn't do anything to lock the accounts and to terminate the IP address. Thank you if you response.

Flagging myself with the same issue. Seems they have some sorts of an outage with this :)

I've been waiting for 1 day for the IP ban to be removed, the ticket has been written, the email has been sent and still nothing. And they have a bot that doesn't work well.

Same here, im banned since yesterday without any answer.
