Concerns Regarding the Blackrock and Onyxia Server Merge

obviously gems are expensive now compared to the start since raids released people got more items worth upgrading and everyone is trying to get gems now, this is not a crazy unknown phenomenon, it happens on every raid / tier release.
now looking at the ladder it is quite obvious onyxia would not be able to sustain a healthy arena ladder or environment on their own, i do not know what players there are doing but playing pvp / arena is certainly not a daily activity so how would this realm survive pvp wise?

Some people are lone wolves, grinding on their own and needing constant progression to keep from getting bored. Others have friends, mates, guilds, etc. they play with. Onyxia offers a variety of options for activities to do together, one of which is PvPing as a group. Blackrock lacks a social aspect outside of your arena team. Realm is basically a matchmaking system.

we socialize a lot on blackrock, we have a guild with 100+ players assisting each other in premade bg or arena gameplay, exploring the weekly gear quests and how to complete them together, i think we socialize more than most people on onyxia :)

I just found out about this "merge". Sadly it's after I lvled up to 70 and started doing pre-bis stuff. I'm not gonna play on Onyxia anymore as for PvP player is pointless. If you want PvE sure, go ahead but BGs and arenas do not make sense in Onyxia. Time to go back to classic.

its actually more expensive now cause they silently patched a bug that increased the drops of rare gems that was happening for a week (unless it was intentional)

Same here, I just found out about this merge. Honestly, this is the stupidest decision i've ever seen during my play on private servers. This decision just destroyed the point on playing pvp on Onyxia realm. Thank god i did not manage to level up my second character, then i would have more regrets leaving this server.

Just farm lil bro or just give us your logs at this point, in 4 days Im better geared than people on blackrock. We legit still dont have any profs and getting kz loots takes us years on blackrock while its a 3hrs raid on ony

What a terrible idea the merge was. I really don't understand why it's even necessary. Plenty of pop on Onyxia. Getting to 70 is so fast now. AND the devs lost chance for people to buy gear for PVP to make some money. Leave Onyxia alone, please!

It’s so funny... how only 3-4 ppls against the entire forum are trying to prove that the merger is a good idea. Even though everyone on Onyxia says no, this is terrible...

I wonder how long we will have to wait for a response from the administration... How long can we ignore this problem, which worries EVERYONE

PVP is awful. Last 2 BGs, we got wrecked. I remember how we went to Lumber mill in AB 5v5 and we got obliterated in 2 seconds. Does anybody know how the matchmaking work? and if premades are in the same bracket with solo?

Also, Blackrock players keep abusing some Arathi Basin quest by letting eachother cap all five bases and then going AFK in mountains...

Is looks like 95% of people are against this and they dont care even to reply any of these cry posts.
I have leveled 70 only to realize this absolute disadvantage and all i can srsly do, is quit pvp. Nice

Remove Blackrock

I just found out about merge, and just got all 4 of my chars to 70, was planing to start arena, but it seems pointless now. So i guess il just quit unless they undone this stupid merge. Giving people evrything free while we grind out asses of and than we are stupossed to play vs them in pvp.

Give me your logs if you plan on leaving, gearing up seems faster on onyxia than blackrock. Raids are faster and you have access to the pvp dailies
