Why is it so important to remove Ice Block before Shattering Throw? What if he will continue casting after taking IB off?
Will it do any damage when hitting mage in IB?

But honestly, Fire mages have such a ****ty mana pool in pvp and they go oom so fast in arenas. It's really difficult to maintain mana to be able to burst and survive without the talented mana shield. Even with it talented it drains your mana incredibily quickly. Thats why I fist pump when I see a warlock or frost mage and take their shields lmao

And you have about 140 resistance, and who stacks spell pen? Usually they have like 80 spell pen, and abut 1/10 have more than 120, and out of all people, like 3/10 who have some spell pen really.
