Fascinating guide. I have to warn you that I'm a complete newbie at WoW, so I haven't really wrapped my head around most mechanics and other tricky little things. Most PvP guides that I find on here focus on Arms which I don't really like for a number of reasons. At any rate the main appeal in this is that you can do decently in PvP while still being somewhat moderately useful to your rdf or guild group during raiding. So far I'm absolutely enjoying this build approach as I'm leveling up my greenie on mobs several levels higher.
But I do have a couple of questions. Is improved rend really that worthwhile? It seems that every pvp build I've looked at so far takes it as a given, and it might make sense on an arms or fury build where you have access to really damaging weapons. But the damage output from it doesn't appear that impressive, especially given your limited options, wouldn't it be better to invest in Cruelty or Parry? If you really want to make use of your rend ability to keep that rogue in sight, why not take the glyph? Secondly, do Deep Wounds proc from crits on other abilities, such as Shockwave and Shield Slam? I know you said that the greenest of gits don't count on bleed to win fights, but hey it's not like it's against the rules or anything.
