You do realise that is what they are doing right? The whole prestige system is about that. You gain honour to progress through the PvP talent system (which btw the CC trinket is one of the first choices, inb4 'humans get to choose a different Tier 1 talent coz of their racial, so unfair blizz') and each talent changes how a normal ability functions. For example we saw Dk's get necrotic strike back, useless in PvE but OP and annoying asf in PvP. Priests get a change to one of their passives, that now grants them like 15%(?) spell haste.

At gamecon they said that the lead designer is now working with the PvP team thoroughly to help balance PvP around itself and not around PvE which has been what they asked from him since cata. So basically if they don't **** this up, PvP and PvE will not be related at all.

Also an idea about 'no PvP gear, so PvE gear will be mandatory' preach (highly respected streamer from Method) said there is a possiblity of Set stats. So no matter what gear you wear, you will have the exact same amount of stats as any other player with your spec. Same Str, Armour, secondary stats etc etc.

Also let me add, Illidans soul was entrapped into his own body by maiv shadowsong thus it was not sent to the twisting nether, she later took his body to the vault of the wardens so he may suffer his eternal sentence along with all the illidari. The cinematic with Gul'dan is most likely not in the tomb of sargeras but in the vault of wardens.

But ye all this is speculation at most with the information that was given, we don't really know much :/

Also they just recently revealed that the scale of the burning legion attack will be on whole of azeroth and not just the broken isles, so that will be cool to see.

Unfortunately,it's too late,they screwed the game too much with their talent trees,garrisons and so on.They should either do massive changes or create a new game.

When the past is changed, the time line will change for sure. However, if the past changes, as much as in WoD, and the time line stays the same we have a situation that ignores the laws of physics. No it's not. I never said that I have deep knowledge of the Bronze Dragonflight lore. I shared my opinoin on some part of the History, that I knew and made reasons and conclusions based on it. I did not comment on something that I did not know.

The game changed too much over time. Players with the old mindset will not dig this whole "legendaries for everyone! " thing. What Blizzard has successfully done with the past expansions was to release amazing trailers and make a crappy product look great. I got fooled by the whole WoD thing but never again. The game we love and wish to play is gone forever. Thank God for private servers.
