Regarding the current PvP situation (or what's left of it)

I'd give it a chance if I wasn't sitting on TOP of people for several seconds and get "OUT OF RANGE" constantly... sadly I saw it marked as "fixed" .

What is your latency?

Mine is a steady 200ms. I will not play a melee because of OOR messages

Near Amsterdam atm, around 19-29ms. Dueled a friend for the sake of testing it, someone who has 40ms constantly same thing. I don't know what was corrected or fixed but sure killed my enthusiasm at around lvl 62.

The honor rates were the same. Trust me, I tried to farm gear outside of the CTA. It was crap. The only difference is the CTA, and that is blizzlike. Yeah, you may not like it, but the good honor rewards from daily bg wins and bg wins in general have always been applied to high level only. I can go on retail right now, take some screenshots, and show you that is how Blizzard still has it set up to work.
I don't know if CTA is disabled, but that's the problem here. Not the honor rates.
Asking them to boost honor rates not only would be a custom change, but it'll have an adverse effect on level 80 bgs. Which they would have to reverse before us getting to level 80. It's a waste of time, tbh. Why people are getting so serious about being at level 80 a bit odd, too. This is a WotLK patch you're playing on, it's not supposed to be balanced around being level 70.

Go ahead and rage at me, bash on me, etc. I know someone's gonna do it. I know you nubs aren't gonna like it. But that doesn't change the facts.

All this is redundant as the time spent on Lordaeron to obtain gear compared to time spent obtaining S4 gear on the same patch in retail is 100 times higher. And this is before we take into account that only S1 is available.

Does someone from the staff could give us an answer (or at least me instead of deleting my post) ?

Giving an answer and deleting your post are separate things. I can't give you an answer I don't have, but I can delete your post - or worse - if you keep posting Bug Tracker links asking for votes.

We're not seeking to balance content that isn't intended to be balanced. Especially when it comes to modifying the content in a custom manner that we'd have to revert in a month.

This isn't about balance but about giving content available for PvPers.

You know this is a wotlk expansion right? Why are you hitting end level and then trying to do arenas and crap at 70? It makes no sense to me. Level something else, level proffesions, farm. Literally do anything besides trying do "end level" content on an expansion that the server isn't meant for.

Wait until wotlk comes out and if **** is still buggy and crappy, THEN complain.

Im not 70 yet but i really don't see where the harm is in giving PVPers something to do, there are a lot of good solutions in this thread.

Did I mention doing arenas ? No, so I won't even consider what you say if you can't understand what the thread is about. I'm just asking for some pvp in S3 or S4 gear, doing some battlegrounds for fun and see how it goes.

Because of battlegrounds giving no honor bonus right now, everyone is farming low levels in outland (area 52 for example), I don't think it's that fun for people leveling.

And what exactly does that mean? That you will not add any form of honor bonuses whatsoever? Fine. You better make BC short because no sane PvPer is ever going to farm honor for WEEKS to buy a single measly part which is going to be obliterated inside out by a BT (not even SWP)item.

"Modifying the content in a custom manner". There were no vendors selling season 1 gear for honor, ever. So you've already modified it and you will have to revert/delete it. Why not at least make it playable? Also, i'm sorry, what is it that you did in vanilla that is not considered as modifying the game and reverting it later?

Season 1/2 gear used to cost Marks in TBC. You get 3 marks per win, items used to cost 20 or 30 depending on which piece it was. So that's 10 wins for a season 2 Helm, for example. Good luck getting above 6k honor with the current system, mostly if you're a healer.

My post got merged with this and it is/was about honor rate being so low that it kills PvP completely; BGs rarely opens, players not attacking oposite faction, 86 or so honor reward for winning a bg, thats discouraging. Many players likes to joing BGs to take a rest from the leveling, right now it doesnt worth it 20+ bg for 400 honor.
