It's fixed, appart from the leveling specs.
They are less important on warmane.

I did not update it because the previous version was made on my personnal knowleadge and imagined for solo leveling in mono target, but classic prooves that with a bit of training aoe oriented frost specs are far better for farming xp.
I don't want to propose suboptimal spec and I do not have yet time to dive into that leveling subject to do something proper.
