When I started playing the game like 5 years ago. I made a Blood Elf Warlock, I got him leveled up to like lv. 18 and then I wanted to explore the map. So I went swimming from outside of the Dead Scar, all the way from the West Coast all the way to Stranglethorn Vale. Swimming, took me like 4 hours to get there, my friend was laughing really hard hahaha. And then he said, how are you dying with a warlock???? Such a noob.......good times good times.

I am The Horde - Play Free Online Games
When I first started playing way back in 2006 I didn't realise there were 'Flight Masters' - so ended up walking around for 40 levels until I had to go to Sunken Temple and they were like "fly here noob". ;)
i used the kick ability for damage
i never used gouge, cheap shot, or garrote
i always used sinister strike
i never ever restealthed after getting in combat, except for vanish, which i only used to run away
i never used evasion
first time i went to bt i thought that meant i was one of the best players
funny what 3 years of experience can do to you.
Awww I love remembering my noobie times =))
When i started playing, I switched from diablo2 (where i was noob too ) and i thought i have to rightclick all the mobs to kill them , too bad i was a warlock :D i pulled 12 mana wyrms on belf starter place and died lol.
Yet my biggest shame is, I needed on every Agility item (on tbc) cause i read it gives crit and crit is good. Didnt know melee and spellcrit were different.
Then i ninjaed some agi cape (with my lock) from a rogue in a lvl 70 (max lvl) instance, and entire group was mad at me (they were my guildies) and started yelling at me and explaining me how wrong i am, but I didnt want to accept what they were saying =))
I argued them 1 hour long, then they threatened me with punishment if i need on agility items again, and i told them to **** off and /gquit :P
NEVER EVER try to argue a woman. Honestly. Pointless =))
With my first gameplay, I tried killing kobolds, and man, it wasn't nice.
~ I didn't know how to tame the pet ... I asked every hunter I saw in Ironforge to explain it to me in details
~ Leveled Prot Pala with 2-hand wep
~ Had Shaman specced into Enhancement...with Resto gear
~ Didn't know how to join BG, I thought we're supposed to manually go to Alterac Mountains
On my first druid i kept running towards that big dragon thing(in the place you do the quests for the morphs) and i couldn't figure out why i kept dieing so i kept running back there to see if i could find the reason. it wasn't until i ran a diffrent way as a ghost till i saw that the big dragon was actually alive and not just a statue :/ i died alot that day
I cared how my character looked.
I couldn't understand what people meant when they said instances and raids.
I was a newly made night elfling Hunter. As I reached the zone of Ashenvale during my leveing period. I started climbing the mountains near the big trees for fun. Little did I know that my character can't walk slopes of 90 degrees. He plummeted, luckily he survived, unfortunately I was literally stuck inbetween a rock and a hard place. A GIANT ROCk and a giant Tree. Blocking my escape. I Had already used my hearthstone for a previous quest... Little did I know that the Unstuck button existed for such predicaments... Good times.
Also I didn't use pets until level 80-ish
I really banked on how my character looked...and still do...=D
I actually enjoy the newb days, learning all that new crap was fun for me, and still is, which is why I try a new class now and then.
My uglyest secret? Hmm...well..I backpedal like a Ferrari backparking :D And guess what? I do it in small steps too ...:D But secret is safe with me as no one ever saw it (cos i backpedal slowly to avoid bumping my backbar).
I was a warrior and just started wow on retail
Took 2 weeks to get to lvl 15. I began tanking with lvl 1 sword and NO SHIELD.
They trolled...I said..."What am I doing wrong"?
To this day I will never tank.
Thats why my war is a DPS :D
ps: I know how to tank now
