Start from Ys I. I started from Oath in Felghana, but I haven't played since the final dungeon rekt me.

Those people are townsfolk, and they're being friendly to you, and as you do stuff, they'll be really grateful to you. I kinda like it.

However, that one thing that these games seem to lack is a jealous local hero.

towards the end they just go

Oh and I put like a trance gated filter onto the bass so it goes boom.boom.boom.boom.boom
