And yea, I am aware that you are talking about that video. The word "UI" is very misleading as Imey isn't using just one completed UI pack, but more like using ElvUI with addition of other addons. I've listed all addons that I can see on the comment above. But again, I will list it for you.
Base : ElvUI
Unitframe : SUF
Buff Indicator under his Unitframe : NTK
CD above the chat : oRA3
Nameplate : TidyPlate + PlateBuffs.
