Berlin? One of the most aweful cities germany has to offer, imo. Still gives me a good laugh when someone mentions they want to go there, because of this:

Seriously? At least give me a better argument than a scene from a movie. I've been to Berlin many a time before and I liked it, although Saarbr??cken is a much nicer and better city.

About all this income stuff. I don't know that much about the financial situation of my parents, but they're high middle class. I think my dad makes $120k a year? Maybe a bit more... lol.

And because my mom is amazing at exploiting my dad's work bonuses + marriot rewards and whatnot, we can basically go to Hawaii for a week and only have to pay for food when we eat out...which is what I'll be doing come CNY*. :D (Chinese New Year)

That said they're going to be putting 3 kids through college at the same time...they're somewhat worried about that. :/

I'm debating whether to go to the school in Ken ****ING tucky or try to afford Portland state (with scholarship + part time job + student loan). I really would like to live in the dorms. Opinion on living off campus, for people that went to college? Does it make your social life any harder?

The income stuff is stupid. I mentioned how much we spend on food to make a point about prices, not to have some jackass in his late thirties lecture me on how my parents should spend their money. I really don't plan on sharing **** again if trolls are going to come flocking like that. You'd think being almost 40 would mean you have legitimate stuff to do, i.e. a job, family, friends, instead of ragging on people about how morally wrong their spending is.

Also, haha. Chinese New Year. Sometimes I forget you live somewhere that's celebrated.

I sit on my arse 24/7, playing wow. The nice population of my country pay taxes which then go to me to allow me not to work, have my rent paid for me, play game and live a vegetative lifesstyle while they world 38h a week to earn a living. Oh and I spent ?ú500 on a new computer the other week. Oh and I spent ?ú40 a week on smoking and energy drinks.

Sadly Im better off like this than working, if I was to work I wouldnt earn enough to pay rent of bills, or eat. It's sad my country is in this state. Where 1/3 of the population are better off not working, and even if they did lose out on work due to migrants.

It's a nice computer, well I need a new graphics card and monitor, maybe an SSD so thats gonna be another ?ú300. But this should last me a few years :) it's an investment.
