it's not dead , the ally que are instant and the hoarde q are from 15min to 40 min :\
They should really offer free Horde > Alliance transfers again to help this situation
IIRC Free "H -> A" transfer was implemented to fix 80/20 faction disbalance. Now it is 55/45 which is bearable.Quote:

This has been an issue at every TBC server I have played on. That's why I always create Alliance. I Highly doubt there will be a free transfer but it would be great for the imbalance.
