Gifts are counted for that year alone, not lifetime total. Stop being such ungrateful brats, every year people crying about coins, nobody is forcing you to donate, its optional. Be happy that you got something since others arent giving anything, maybe its time for Warmane to stop handing out coins.

Did Warmane consider giving special reward to the raid group which sets the record in the Tower Defense Event? Current record on Icecrown is 75. Reaching this record required significant preparation, strategic planning as well as forming a group of highly skilled individuals with exceptional performance on their characters. Imo, this should be rewarded separately or taken into consideration at least. Rewards are literaly identical since 32nd till 75th wave, rewarding the raid group which set the record would be a way to show appreciation for the people who actualy put some effort into this.

It's ice cold to receive a gift from a timed holiday (a Love Fool from Valentine's in my case) that disappears on logout. Playing with my feelings like that.
