Just spent the better part of an hour asking my friend what he/she would add to the game as Head Dev.
Some tidbits:
Balance Druids now have 10% increased damage to all spells and starfall has no cool down. However, if they get within range of 40 yards of someone with 600 cooking, they instantly die and a cooking animation occurs.
Death Knights now have a passive ability called Corpse Explosion. Every 2 minutes, a range between 0-80 yards is selected at random. If a corpse is found within this range, it deals 800% of the Death Knight's attack power split amongst all targets within the range previously selected. If no corpses are found, the Death Knight takes 8000% of their maximum health as damage and explodes. Any previously eaten food is reflected in what comes flying out of the explosion.
Mages now learn all abilities at level one. Their Frost Nova turns into a passive ability that freezes all melee attackers within 800 yards and casts ice lance every 0.5 seconds at them.
