What he's showing is when the bug was live on retail too, which was on early and late WotLK. For most of the expansion Taste for Blood worked normally.

Warmane, fix this and don't act like it's "BLIZZLIKE", 'cause it's not.

Victory rush almost never procs, specially if you kill something with a victory rush. Its easy to onehit mobs from VR with perfumes on.

Sure have noticed the Victory Rush bug a lot while leveling here, and it's kinda a big deal ability while leveling so missing it is painful.

With the amount of "activity" on the warrior section, it seems we'll wait quite a while for a fix. Just don't get mad at Warmane after that...

Unconfirmed for more than a month, this bug has been live since forever on the old realms and it's also live on Lordaeron. Upvote it if you want a fix this year.

Taste for blood doesn't proc off shielded targets. it is working as intended.

That was a bug on retail too, so no. Dig up some info first. Or read the threads I have posted above.

i have and i digged, i also played wrath back then, it is working as intended, and it sucks.

also your sources aren't reliable, players complaining about a bug doesn't necessarily make it one, blizzard always had a taste for stealth changes.

So you honestly think that if Rend gets absorbed by shields, it should not proc Taste for Blood? A "condition", not to call it a bug, which turns warriors nigh-useless vs Frost mages, Disc priests and even Hpals? A "condition" which didn't exist for the majority of WotLK and Blizz never gave an official position on it.

Blizzard made alot of changes without an official position, and it doesn't turn you completely useless tbh, sacred shield however will give you a nightmare, a decent way to counter it in 2v2 is to get grab a purger. or keep a constant target switch.

Still late wrath was one of the best periods for us, in the overall picture it's a minor inconvenience.

absorbed dmg is still dmg that was done, since it lessens remaining absorbtion amount of the shield.

^this. It's like preventing trinkets from proccing when the damage was absorbed. It just doesn't make any sense. Damage absorbed is still damage dealt. Absorbed Rend should proc Taste for Blood. An undocumented change to a thing that used to work normally for the majority of the expansion is a bad excuse to me. It's a bug. Fix it, Warmane.

the topic isn't how it Should work, the question is How it worked, it was a terrible (again stealthy)change but it happened.

so deal with it, and i mean that sincerely.

no its not. its supposed to procc. just check some wcm warr movies or whatever you prefer. it was bugged at begin of wrath but got fixxed quikly because your whole dmg as warrior is based around overpower & ms.

same **** with rage gain when damage is absorbed
