Stuck at retrieving character list

I have the same problem for a couple of days already.
I have windows 7 so warp 1.1.1.1 isnt wotking, is there any other options?

Could you please help us, which ip's should we unlock ? I have tried to add 62.138.0.0/16 and
145.239.0.0/16 or astra4913.startdedicated.com, astra4906.startdedicated.de, ns3059928.ip-145-239-161.eu, but it does not work for some reason.
