The characters were wiped... so the IDs to the original character would not match with what the database has, moreover there are people who lost their original names etc (so again IDs wouldn't match). The only thing they can do is to link information to what the account has on hand with their history and from there it is an automated process.Quote:

This is one of the major problem now that molten have been encountered, especially those donator accounts that were away for like 2 years or more and they just get back playing.
