I Did everything but not fix you using old bla bla bla bla really if i use old how can i enter to server please fix bla bla bla error

Hi. New player here. I did everything that was listed in the Mist of Pandaria guide and it still is giving me an error that says: Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can't make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. Can someone help??? I changed the config file to contain the relam list and tried administrator mode but still there is the error
When I try to enter the server Wrath of the Lich King Lordaeron is only to say connected
I've changed the realmlist but since than it's disconnecting me on every connection! Is it just me or the server's are down atm?
