Legion Creature Models for WoTLK 3.3.5 + Updated Character Models.

Good job on this thread, tested it, loved it. This thing might be future of WOTLK. Got tired of ugly old faces. Old WOD models were so buggy and ugly as fck compared to this. Staff member should really make those patches instead of WOD models in Download tab.

For everyone deciding wtf to do, simply download all 5 patches from page 3 on this thread, then download 'You have to use Large Address Aware to mitigate the problem: http://www.filedropper.com/laa204_1' as you can see 2,3 replies above this reply. Download it, turn off ur game, make wow.exe not READ ONLY (important), execute wow.exe (make it use more ram then 2gb) - profit. Don't be lazy, you won't be disappointed.

@Aimp: Staff should use this, instead of previous models (was a good project but now abandoned). I don't even know if staff is aware of this thread, maybe i can try to write a pm to a moderator in order to stick this post up at least

I wouldn't even think playing the game without these new models.

Hi! I want to say a big thank you for these wonderful models! Also i have a questions:
Can this models work on client with language other than English? When i try to do this (apply models to other language client), i had many of artifacts and bugs.

Uhm, first of all make a backup copy of the model's patches.
An user has modified the name of the paches, like "Patch-ruRU-A.mpq" and he wrote that that works. Dunno why this workaround should work...but you can try and if the problem persists I'll report back to the modder

EDIT: wait, try to put the patches NOT in data folder but in the folder inside Data "ruRU".First try and test this. After try to rename the patches like I've said above (always inside ruRU folder)

I know this might be a stupid question (and probably asked before sorry), but what do I use to get the NPC's to use the new models? (I'm useing all the provided patches A B F K and G) Thanks in advance.

@zulspear: npc models are hybrid atm (new hair on old textures). Maybe the modder will add a complete npc texture in the future but no plans atm

Hello, Thanks for keeping this thread updated with always newest links. Recently, i experienced a weird texture glitch on my gnome mage, that when trying to mount up in some spots in Stormwind, Ironforge and some other places, i would get instatntly dismounted. Disabling the new textures solved it as far as I can tell.
I took some screenshots from another account, because somehow the mage was weirdly glitching under the ground texture. Hope you can either tell me it s not ccaused by the textures.

I've never seen this glitch before.
The "missing char texture" bug happened in the past with the old patch A, now I've not experienced this issue anymore.
Btw, I cannot exclude that can be a glitch related to new mounts/creatures texture. To test this, try to disable only patch F,G,K, simply renaming these files like "patch-F.mpq_". So when u want to re-enable them, you have only to remove the "_"
