Go to your Firewall (eg. Avast), MENU-SETTINGS-Make an Exception = Browse all folders till you mark WoW.exe
PLUS again MENU-SETTINGS-ADD ADVANCED EXCEPTION = mark the Whole WorldOfWarcraft Folder

having the same bull**** issue the whole day today.
so guys this issue appears time to time and i cant log in for hours.it says "could not log in to wow at this time.please try again later". what can i do??btw i didnt put in any wrong passwords continuesely it just happened this way.
login is broken again ..... cant log in to wow try again later ... srsly what are u ppl doing ?
