I hate the Horde and I have never actually played a Horde character through. But if a game has different races....you just don't go Human. Unless if you do it because they have a perk that you want (such as the Every Man for Himself).

You're a human in real life (hopefully) so have some creativity and become a wisp that travels for a living and gives homeless people 50 cents so they can finally buy the alcohol they have been saving up for. And then steal their alcohol and smash it in their face because you happen to be a douche Wisp that wants to make people sad.

I play Human because I got made to go Alliance, I was Belf Pala and DK and Undead Priest. Since I'm a PvPer human in cata is the only obvious choice especially as a DPS.
