I absolutely hate to work with fish. It's such a sick inducing meat to prepare, with such a texture and flavor, especially mackerel, the Atlantic one. I don't particularly enjoy eating fish myself, and cooking it is ever worse.
Today was fish day at the restaurant and I had stomach aches for the whole day. Naturally, when there's a fish day, people order fish more than usual since fish is the pi?¿ce de r?®sistance of the day.
Never again. I'd rather not get payed that day and stay home than cook fish another day.
Why can't all meat be Kobe beef?
The more time you spend preparing and cooking something, the more you learn to hate it and be disgusted by it. Speaking from experience. It has ruined even my most favorite of foods. :(

Mackerel is really popular and it just so happens to be my least favorite fish to work with. It has a delicate texture and a strong flavor and smell. I'm amazed I only had to shower for an hour to take all the smell out of my hair even if I had the toque which barely helps in this regard.
I can't eat cooked fish :/ any kind. But i love sushi and raw fish.
I like fish, mainly smoked Salmon, Tuna and white fish like Cod, Haddock, Hake and Pollock.
I prefer mine in Sushi.
I don't even like to use lipstick. Because. Fish. :'|
