It'll be 4.3.4, and it's bound to be released at the end of February.
However, they'll be releasing all of the 4.0.6 content (Nefarian, TotFW), then Fireland, and THEN Dragon Soul.
If the 4.0.6 content was coming out, it wouldve already. Most likely they will release 4.1 content and start scripting Firelands.Quote:

ye i think they said they will bring out the whole thing. imo thats stupid ,better that ds stays closed so the other raids dungs etc gets used alittle.
like wotlk there was ulduar toc etc and icc was scripted with only lord marrowgar.

Not a single staff member has said they'll release everything at once.
4.0.6 - Vicious+Tier 11 & hc tier 11 + minor content
4.3.4 first 6-12-18 months - Ruthless+tier 12+tier 12 HC + some other content
4.3.4 - after 6-12-18 months - cataclysmic +tier 13+tier 13 HC & all other content

Dragon Soul will inevitably be scripted, but it will come after the earlier content.
Molten Homepage : Cataclysm 4.3.4 launch has been postponed until the end of February.
