I can`t log in to play

I introduced username and password many times and i can`t log in :( it is any problem with server or something else?

Same here, It was the same yesterday, I have tried with two different computers with two different internet connections and neither works...

hey guys, I don't know if it is the same problem for you but I fixed mine. I realized that my realmlist was the following: set realmlist logon.warmane.ru
I changed it to: set realmlist logon.warmane.com and now it works!

Verttex How did you do that where do you change it at i am having the same issue keeps telling me to download patch and then it tells me its unable to do patch cause of the read only file

I don't know if you have the same problem as me but anyway what I did was the following: open the following file with the notepad:

/Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a/Data/enUS/realmlist.wtf

There it was written:

set realmlist logon.warmane.ru

And I changed it to:

set realmlist logon.warmane.com

I saved it and after that I could connect without any problem. Hope it works for you too.

That worked for me and i know it also helped several other people.

If you don't know how follow these simple steps

Step 1: Open your Wotlk folder
Step 2: Open the Data folder
Step 3: Open the enUS folder
Step 4: Open the Realmlist file. (use notpad or any other program for opening it)
Step 5: If the realmlist is set to "set realmlist logon.warmane.ru" just change the ru to com "set realmlist logon.warmane.com"
Step 6: Start wow and try to log in. it should work
Step 7: celebrate with a beer. or a a soda if your to young for a beer

i am haveing the same thing happen to me and i did the change is the realmlist and it didnt work have not been able to play for 2 days now

Try open the WTF folder and then the config file. make sure it also say set realmlist logon.warmane.com and not set realmlist logon.warmane.ru

Hey, I managed to make mine work, so I though of telling you what I did so it could help. The "config" file in WTF folder will not save properly unless you modifiy de enUS in the Data folder. I modified that one, and then the extension ".ru" dissapeared and ".com" appeared instead in the WTF folder. Hope it helps you.
