I don't like 2 things about your post. 1st is that you decided to completely ignore BVB's hit (haste value is close to zero). And second is that I don't think its possible to get arp capped with prot. (since you are using at least 2t10 from tanking set) I get to something like 70% with bis fury parts (not all my gems are arp, since its pve focused gear, but still too much place to go).Quote:

this situation also never happens because if we use all of our abilities rogue gets stuned and cant dodge/parry)
8.4% is melee damage 48 haste gives you 1.46% speed increase=0.12% overall damage increase
1.56% crit is 1.56% damage increase
14 wep damage is around 0.25% damage increase(this was a mistake i shoudlnt count 44str=101 attack power from bvb as 23 damage, but abilities affected by attack power do around 65% damage, your average attack power is 6100+480 from trinket proc+berserking+set bonus, thats 1.4% more attack power on averageand 2% more block value
abilities scales pretty bad with attack power: shockwave 0.75, revenge0.31, concusion blow 0.38, heroic strike 0.18, devastate 0.17
so lets asume 14 wep damage cancelous out the bonus from 101 attack power)
therefore havoc increases your damage by 1.92% -(dmg increase from 3 expertise. can varry from) more damage than bvb depending on the situation
of course these numbers are very rough estimate and can differ depending on multiple factors

like i said iam pulling out an actual damage from 3v3 arenas where shockwave did 12.6% damage and shield slam 21.5% damage
44str=101 attack power is barely 1.5% attack power increase=1.125% shockwave damage increase=0.15% overall damage increase
44str=33block value=2% bv increase= 1% shield slam damage increase=0.21% overall damage increase
