Lordearon - Human Racial Nerf

Hey,

just a quick question is it possible to nerf the human racial ? like nerfing it down to the same level as the undead race has it .

I know this would be costum content , but without rdf enabled /buffed raid bosses i think it wouldnt be that bad .

Before u start reply´s like "reroll ally gg" or **** like that ..let me say one thing i play alliance anyway (nelf druid ):D


I just think that warmane got the chance to change a hugggge fail of blizzard .. the human racial.

and now u can spam the hell out of the forum and tell me how stupid this is ..(in my opinon it would be great :D)

No, we aren't going to tweak races, classes or abilities like that.
The human racial is part of the game as it is.

It's the reason alliance wait 20+ min for a simple RBG in retail. There were countless threads about how OP it is. Blizz profit from people switching to alliance, that's why it stayed in the game. You have two options - stop playing the game or do like most of the server did - roll a human.

I always thought Alliance waited so long it was because there were more Alliance players. I wonder why people get upset over losing BG's, players still can rack up honor (I understand wanting the bonus from the first RBG win per day). If no honor was granted from losing I might see it differently.

The human racial ability is quite effective (like having an additional trinket, even more so at lower levels) but can still be overcome, especially with organization (forcing players to trigger the ability, then mitigating it).

I'd rather take Berserking/Arcane Torrent/Blood Fury>An extra trinket anyday.

Stop saying stuff you know nothing about, i literally wait 2 mins max for a bg on Outland-Eu, just please, don't.

It looks like people forget that each race has a number of abilities and removing or nerfing one,would give the other races an unfair advantage.
For instance,humans have the "PvP trinket" as a racial,while the orcs have that "Trinket,Use:Increase DPS" or taurens that have extra stamina and a major stun .
Also, a human will always have less resilience because the other races benefit from real PvP trinket.
Asking the staff to nerf or remove human's racial is like asking to disable Nelf's shadowmeld,orcs dps racial,taurens stun and belfs CC.
This realm is meant to deliver us all an authentic experience,not a wicked one,with transmog,custom portals and NPCS,and especially with nerfed races,just because a group of people aren't capable of competing or they are too jealous,this is how the game is designed and it's good this way.

How come there are alot of top tier horde 3v3 teams in retail/warmane then?

Honestly the extra trinket is only good at later patches of the game. Otherwise undead racial/orc racial can be a lot better in most cases.
For example when you are up against a shadowplay, being an undead is way more beneficial than being a human. Same counts for when u play a Dk against a TSG or SPR you'd rather be a orc and get the orc racial passive while still having a strong active racial.

Problem is that other racials, like for example the orc or the troll racial, scale linear once the max level is reached. They give a static amount of ap/sp/haste.
Human racial scales progressive. With every patch the human racial gets stronger because better pve trinkets are introduced.

Thats why the human racial is so OP at the latest patch.

Personally, I don't find human racial that fenomenal as people say. Having an additional trinket for dps (or something else) is good, but it's not all
I speak for nyself here, I prefer shadowmeld for some reasons

- Vanish from combat, being able to drink / ress other ppl
- Avoid travelling spells, such as death coil, Lava Burst, Chaos Bolt, and many more, as well as cancel any spell being cast
- Etc Etc there are lots of things, for both PvE and PvP on which you can find this racial very useful, and this is the reason why I chose Night Elf

Everyone has his own style of performance. I can say Human has probably a minor better burst, but easier to be CC'd or controlled. Just need to be smart :-)

This racial is not be all end all. It only allows humans to wear 2 DPS trinkets instead of one, which isn't all that gamebreaking. The only thing that allows humans as a race to dominate all the charts is the very fact that they can be paladins.
Human paladin is the most OP combination in Wotlk. If night elves could be paladins, the combination would have been equally OP with shadowmeld. Same with undead I guess. On a second thought, it's the paladin class that makes every race OP in combination. The racials help, but are not game breaking.

I wonder why ppl are not upset about Orc or belf racials but exactly this one if they are sooo balanced ... hm ...
