Connection Problem of IRANIAN(no One Spam Or Feeling Replay.JUST Technical)

Hello Again.Im sorry About complain of My country mate due same post.Now from Here i Ask All of My Brothers and sisters from iran Please Skip spamming and telling your Feels Here.Because iv made this Post Just for Technical problem as its Prefixed.Dont Type Persian also.

1) Type Only Which servers Is ( OK/Stuck in Connect/No Client of game) ONLY Right answer

2) GO To start>CMD > Type: ping logon.warmane.com -t

Type The Ip Which u are Connected as.For Example mine is 188.138.40.87

3)Get your Ping of Your Own Isp Since in iran its 4.2.2.4 and 8.8.8.8 So DO this commands on CMD
Start>CMD> Ping 4.2.2.4 -t AND do the same job with ping 8.8.8.8 -t
after 1min Press CTRL+C and check the result of Lost and Avarage time of your Ping.
It might Help Staff to get Whats the quality of your own network.

i am from Iran too . i have this issue since warmane was under DDoS attack .
pls fix this issue , i lost 8 heroes on molten , and i don't want to lose my account again .

However , sometimes there IS a chance to play via a VPN , but the quality of connection is horrible and it wont work 100% . sometimes you should keep connecting and disconnecting to get pass that Connected screen .
on the other hand , some of my friends with different ISP's have no problem to connect and play .

p.s both my internet provider for my home's network and mobile network is Telecommunication Company Of Iran (TCI) . i've tried connecting via a 3G . its not working either .

same here , i don't use any VPN or something like that . but website says i loggin from Germany !


something very wierd !!!! when i log into blackrock or lordearon , website says i log in from Iran . but when i log into deathwing or ragnaros , website says u log in from Germany !!!!!!!!!!!!

problem is here , when we try to log into deathwing or ragnaros , IP changes , and when server send reply to us , it goes to germany and unknown place , that's why we don't receive any data , and just stuck at Connected .


pls check why server send reply to another IP . if you figure that out , problem will be solved .


I ask Iranian Players to test their account , and write what they see .

It was for a long time, I remember that My Ip was from Germany for some years and It's different every time, sometimes Iran and sometimes germany... And I could connect to server with Germany IP.... this problem NOT DEPENDS ABOUT CONNECTED STUCK ::.

The connection to Germany is normal. It used to be a connection to USA before being forwarded to our game servers, it just changed to Germany now.
