Blizzard did disable follow in BG on patch 5.2.
Follow works everywhere else but in BG.
You can use oFollow program to follow in BG.

Normally what the program does would be considered botting. It's not just sending your actions to other WoW clients like a multiboxing program would. It's actively controlling your chars for you to make them follow you.Quote:
