Is there anyway i can donate the 10buck with paypal simple as that.

You can buy Mint prepaid card at Offgamers and pay with PayPal. On Warmane website just chose Credit Card method and than chose Mint.

(iii) buy american vpn (try to buy a cheap vps and use that)
(iv) use subway gift card to donate

Anyone know of another site? They decided to cancel my order and gave zero reason even when I asked them about it.

PayPal Business Debit Card works fine if you want to upgrade your PayPal account.

If you buy a Mint cash card do you need to wait for the card to be physically delivered or will they email you the code? i cant find any info on mint anywhere.

I have a problem with donateing with MINT ,i do it 2 times before few mounths and now when i enter to pay with mint, That opstion is deleted..,im from Serbia and thats the only way to buy coins, if anyone know something about that plz help me

If you read the link, it's a sanction imposed by US. No idea how long it might last, and contacting Paymentwall wouldn't help, since they are basically refusing any transactions coming from your country. It's why Smyth says maybe a VPN could work, but it's not something we support in any way.

Okay , tank you very much for spent time, Nothing all what i can do is wait for getting out of sanctions :)
