So far you can get until the quest "The Strength of One's Foes", I've experienced that MSV doesnt drop any Sigils dont waste your time.
Has anybody found out if HoF drop them?
PS: I've gotten more Legendary Tokens before they "implemented" the "working" questline in the past 2 years.

It's fine if you release something thats not working, wouldn't be the first time.

so rude to dismiss the report...i hope they are not seriously meaning to leave sigils like this, for 2 years of every day raiding i got only few sigils dropped on random alts, i understand they didnt work before since there was no questline but now this makes no sense

They drop. It's not a 100% chance drop and not meant to be.
We checked on the live realm, through the database loot tables and on our test realms.
