two server downs

Two Server downs in Raw? don't tell me there will be 3rd bcuz we dont want to get saved in raids...

Hello,

I cannot log into one of my characters on the Icecrown realm, as it is giving me the "World Server Down" Message. However, I am able to log into other characters on the same server. Why is this?

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to solve this. Thank you.

world server down= Realm crashed

it went up and then crashed agian after 2 min

good news the server will not be up today so u'll not be save :)

Yes, sadly it happens very often. But what is even more sad is the fact that hundreds of pages are written in different sections of the forum from people asking what's happening AND NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER HAS THOUGHT TO RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF THE COMMUNITY TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHY THE SERVERS ARE GOING DOWN FOR HOURS WITH NO INFORMATION GIVEN.

A week ago the servers were down for 10+ hours and the only message we got is "the servers are back online" like thanks dewd, much appreciated. Just save us some time and tell us that somehow the data was purged by someone outside the staff like with Molten, which quite frankly was legit as the 9/11 attacks in NYC.

It is absolutely PATHETIC.

LAME. Would be at least nice to get an apology. Even better to get some sort of explanation. "The servers aren't able to handle 12k players so we are looking to upgrade our servers soon. Please bare with us." Just tell me that admins and I'll be sated.

Icecrown does not have 12k people online. Just because you are in a queue doesn't mean the server is full. It looks more like a precaution to not overload the servers all of a sudden. Even with the server down you can still see like 4-5k people online, which is impossible since the server is down for everybody.
