Is it me or everyone's also experiencing lags and high latency issues since cross realm bgs?

Do you have a network diagnostic report or any technical data that gives factual basis to linking you having lag during a few hours with the new system, not just anecdotal evidence - no matter if with screenshots or videos - from someone who is against the implementation of the system?
