(A) <Mediocre at Best> <NA GUILD> Recruiting for Heroic 25 man Raiding

Mediocre at Best is currently recruiting for 25 man Heroic ICC and Ruby Sanctum. We are currently farming Bane of the Fallen King as well as 9/12H with some PUGs. In the process of recruiting, we are searching for players that are willing to play their characters to their best ability, listen, learn, and continue to progress. We are looking for players around 5.8k gear score or higher and are willing to gear the right players.

RAID TIMES---All days are listed as they would in North America (Most raid times are 4 AM start time)
Saturday: 1 AM Server Time (8PM Eastern Time, NA) --Saturday is the primary day for 25 man content in MaB
Sunday: Group 2 10 man Normal/Heroic
Monday: Off day---Sometimes used to clean up 10's that are in progress (depending on the members' availability)
Tuesday: Off day---Often is used as a day for Alts in 10 or 25
Wednesday: Ruby Sanctum normal 10 or 25 (teaching runs for Heroic)
Thursday: Ruby Sanctum normal 10 or 25 (teaching runs for Heroic)
Friday: Bane clear at 4 AM Server

LEADERSHIP
It is often a concern for people to decide on joining a guild because of issues with leadership. I acknowledge this concern and work to maintain transparency between all roles in the guild.
As a GM and Raid Leader, I performed the same role in Wrath on retail all those years ago. I led a very successful guild that cleared content in a timely manner and bring that level of experience to the group.
Each of the officers have been members of the community for some time and also have experience from retail.

UNDERSTANDING REAL LIFE EXISTS
Each of us in the guild are adults with real lives, families and responsibilities. Although people are missed when they are not available for raids, we understand that real life happens.

LOOT SYSTEM
The guild employs QDKP as the standard for handling loot. Although not a fan of loot systems in general, we settled on going this route to reward those who help with progress in the guild accordingly, and to alleviate issues of "Bad Luck" or "I lost the roll on the only upgrade in this raid/boss/etc."

DISCORD
Easily the standard in gaming these days, the guild uses Discord as its main VoIP program and requires all members to be in the channel during raids. Furthermore, members of the guild hang out in discord and chat all the time, providing a sense of community.

Core Raiders in the guild are also available to add you to the guild and are more than happy to, so do not worry if one of the officers is not available at the time of inquiry.

*Attitude is everything. Having the right attitude is far more important than being full best in slot. Gear is an easy thing to fix because it will drop as we kill bosses, attitudes can not be changed by slaying dragons.

SHAMAN: Enhancement MEDIUM, Elemental MEDIUM, Restoration HIGH
WARLOCK: Demonology HIGH, Destruction MEDIUM, Affliction HIGH
WARRIOR: Fury MEDIUM, Protection HIGH

Even if our recruitment needs are not necessarily what you main, if you are competent, skilled and driven, you may take that spot. Healthy competition is a good thing and makes everyone better. SATURDAY NOVEMBER 23
This Saturday, we will be hosting a semi-pug 25 Heroic/Normal ICC at 1 AM server time. This run requires 5.8k GS, and will clear in under 3 hours.
