I noticed a warlock in my PUG for RDF and we did FoS HC. I noticed he stayed a head of me so I looked at last boss with recount and here is the data
Warlock: 5258 DPS - (4985 GS)
SPriest(me): 4219 DPS - (5516 GS)
My standard rotation is VT / DP / MB / MF / SWP and then keeping Dots on. I thought that was the correct rotation. Also my
hit 330
SP 2952
haste 398
crit 24.4%
Dungeons are hardly any real indicator. Some classes work better in short fights. Warlocks have few "passive" AoE stuff, so that might inflate number on those adds.
Also maybe you have to drop MB from rotation, check out conditions for when you should do that.
Also, your haste and crit are lover than should be with your amount of GS. Maybe you have way to much of healing gear with spirit stat?
MB is used only when you don't have T10x4 set, and you also need to use 25% crit bonus spell from Discipline talents to aply SWP for maximum dmg cuz it will be constantly refreshed and have this additional 25% crit chance for long period of time
Or mp5, but spirit isn't all bad. It's actually nice at lower gear levels.Quote:

So 3 minutes of SWP dealing dmg with and without Inner Focus, no buffs affecting me, no procs increasing crit on my gear. Refreshing it at 2 second mark and spamming wand to not drop from combat and keep tracking as one piece.

I have the Inner Focus talent from Disc Tree. I have been using it wrong I suspect. I also have improved MB talent here let me just link to Armory. I have JC on alt and can re-Gem anything.

So long as I keep SWP up its the "same" cast and gets that 25% buff. Interesting.
You lose the crit from Inner Focus the exact moment you Flay, because that refreshes the SW:P, at which point you lose the crit value from Inner Focus. I'll show you with your own video.Quote:

.... I could keep going, but I think that should be enough to make my point. Inner Focus does NOT make your Shadow Word: Pain permanently crit after the initial refresh. If you can't see that in your own practice and in watching your own video, then I don't know what to tell you.

You don't have your Tier 10 4-piece set bonus, so you will want to keep your Mind Blast talent and continue to use it. I don't use Inner Focus. It's greatest use is for adding crit to emergency Divine Hymns. If that isn't something you see yourself doing for a raid at any point, then I'd advise dropping the talent entirely. Take that point and put it into Misery. Not having a full 3/3 on that is not just bad for you, but it's bad for the groups you're supposed to be providing that buff to. You're also missing out on Mind Blast and Flay damage because of it as well.Quote:

If inner focus only benefited first applycation of SWP and was removed after refresh, than difference wouldn't be 10% in such long run. YouTube allows me to upload only 15min videos at max, so i think it will be better to check it out for themselves. But IF for sure doesn't give raw 25% for it or it would be way to OP)

BTW, not spreading of exploit, just attempt to work around game tools. Real exploit would be if Bladestorm of Awarr was consuming one charge of Recklessness for all 6 WW instead of 1 per swing)

That's about the same results I got Ohie. Increased crit value over character sheet values, and it doesn't change with Inner Focus. Which 6% comes from Mind Melt, but I'm unsure as to where the other 4% comes from. Which.... it may be benefitting from both parts of Mind Melt, as that's the only talent that has any critical effect of 4% in any component of it.
