[H] Minimal Effort - Late night NA endgame raiding

From the creator of previous NA Guilds Desolation, Clockwork & Treachery, we present Minimal Effort! Welcome and thanks for checking us out.
Though the name is self-explanatory, everyone here is putting in maximum effort. Cause we aren’t that good at the game. Led by OG NA players that have roots on this server from Molten-WoWs 2012 servers. We pride ourselves on smooth and fun raids. Some might even say “Competent NA Players” (sometimes). We are here for the late night gamers and degenerates in North America. We are English speaking, but many of our players stem from all over the globe.
Basic information:
Raid times are adjusted depending on United States day light savings time. Currently the raid time is 5AM ST. Invites for raids go out 45 minutes before the pull timer at 4:15 AM ST.
For those not attuned to Server time – pull time is at 10 PM PST, 1 AM EST.
We speak English in discord and in guild chat and it is requested you do as well if you are part of a group activity. Other languages are permitted during down times and socializing.
Minimal Effort utilizes an EPGP system for looting.
Current Progression & Raid schedule:
Minimal Effort started from the bottom and quickly worked its way up. Starting with normal runs, we progressed to down Light of Dawn and Ruby Sanctum heroic in a matter of 1-2 months. Currently we have all content on farm. The schedule is as follows below in US times.
Monday: Day off
Tuesday: Day off
Wednesday: Alt run LOD
Thursday: Quick TOGC25 50/50
Friday: LOD Main run
Saturday: Ruby Sanctum 25 Heroic Spam
Sunday: Chill ICC25 Dynamic Gearing run
Raid invites start at 4:15AM ST and pull time is at 5AM ST.
Requirments to join:
We don’t mind teaching people how to play and raid with us. That being said you need to have a baseline knowledge of the encounters and how to play the class. We will not teach someone from scratch. This is an end-game guild, so be ready to learn quickly and become effective in raiding immediately.
We ask for a minimum of 6k GS and prior raiding experience of LOD and RS25HC at minimum. You must be able to join discord for every raid. You must be able to understand and speak English. Preferably be able to consistently join our raids at 5 AM ST.
Do not be toxic when wearing our guild tag. Do not start drama with other guilds and other players on the server. Do not tarnish our name or reputation.
Invites are open for all classes and specs at all times for exceptional raiders. You can message anyone in game or through discord for an invites. We do not use an application to join, invites are always open for experienced players. In order to join an LOD or endgame run you must attend a trial run on Thursday or Sunday.
