Arena points Bug

On all of my chars except the one where I capped games at the very end, my weekly arena game history was wiped and I got no points.

This happened for everyone on Blackrock and Onyxia as far as I know...

I played hundreds of games between my characters and all the history got wiped and I got screwed on point caps.

Same, my teammate and I played our 10 games yesterday, about 24 hours before the reset and got 0 points, I talked to a few other people on the server that got points so doubly screwed us...I also didn't get my personal rating increased by the 300ish points my team earned.

Hey, I haven't received my arena points after doing 10 games 5 vs 5. I gained rating but not points. Can someone fix this please?

Hello! yesterday My 2v2 Arena Partner and i (Miliqoo), saw that we had less personal rating than sunday. It was marking that we didnt do games, but we did more than 10 games. Now we didnt got the weekly Arena points.

We are from Onixia - Tutuurururu 70 Mage and Miliqoo 70 hunter

hello, in general the situation is this

Yesterday I played 2x2 with a friend and went to bed, in the morning I go in and see the following situation

The team in which I played more than 100 games, somehow reset to zero, only where is the personal rating. What can be done about this? How did this happen?

I noticed the same issue with my alt. I played all the games in the team and now my personal rating dropped with 100 pts.

yeah mate but the problem is you lost 100 pts, mine was 2300+ all of them are gone, games and personal rating as well.

My newly created 2v2 team has a rating of 1307 (84 games of which 36W and 48L). The last week we played 73 games. However, now my and my teammates personal rating is displayed as 719 with only 41 games accounted from which only 15 are wins.

Can it be fixed and can an appropriate amount of arena points to be added to our characters?

Same here on Lordaeron. Played 22 games today, which just disappeared. Teamrating is updated with those 22 games but personal rating isnt.

i won my first soloque arena and didnt get any arena point.

how do i get arena points?

Hey,

I did not want to low ball your case, I just wanted to share that its not only you but obviously it applies to a lot of people and probably there should be more attention from the GMs here.

Hi , i have the same issue, didn't got the arena points this week, also shows diferent ranks, and less games that i did

Hello me and my friend capped 10 games for weekly arena flush and we didnt get the Arena points (Wutheng & Galva)

Hey all! got the same problem didnt recieve any arena points on multiple characters! (although Ive played many games)
All on TBC Onyxia realm
Character names:
-Pilsnerurqel
-Alpinemoo
-Worldcollide

Dear GMs can you please have a look into this? As arena resets are very important especially for pvp players.
