Stuck at retrieving character list

as the title says I'm having trouble stucking at retrieving character list
nothing has been change since my last login (in my windows , folders etc ) which was last night
please let me know if its bug or something else

hi! same problem for last 5 hours

I had the same problem before and i was able to fix it by renaming the WTF folder to something else and deleting the cache folder then login to the game.
Hope that works for you too.

I encountered the same problem. Any manipulations with files do not help
