Hello, i was wondering : is it worth to aim for 130 spell penetration in a such early stage of the game or is it better to go for a lesser value like 80 ?
Because let's say you put 5 x20 gems to reach pala/sham cap (135) with cloak enchant it's like 95 spell power or 80 haste waste which is huge in early gear.
