Most active twink levels

Hi all,

I would like to ask for information as I lack the knowledge :D Which tiers are the most active ones on Lordaeron? I am guessing that lvl 19 is the most active.
I am asking because we are currently lvling some alts for twink pvp and we would like to go higher than 19, so that being said

Any suggestions?

70s more active than 10s.

I think 70-79 is the most active.

70-79 is definitely the most active.
10-19 used to be okay some time ago but atm we are missing alliance twinks.
