All you need to do is unrar the files and copy the patches in the "Data" Folder of your wotlk client.

I'm using the Cata Water and HD textures and haven't experienced any problem so far.
Just passing by to thank you for such an awesome update!
Just downloaded and installed all, doesn't require you to overwrite anything which is good. Few notes- Water in Stormwind looks kinda crappy but otherwise ocean is good. Textures seems to mellow out the colors which i like. The models + mounts is kinda trippin as some changes are subtle others not so much. First time i used tree of life and went wtf is that haha. One bug though is the AH npcs in Stormwind have their faces missing but otherwise so far so good
Please provide Screenshots of this modifications for people to see if they gonna like it or not.
If it takes my time (30-40mins) and i dont like it, then i need to backup my original files or worse reinstall WoW
So please... upload screens for us. I`am actually wanna use it but i need to see how it gonna look like, maybe i will not like the new mount for paladin and etc idk.

this water patch has some major problems. Most flowing water has weird lines and the sea water is almost invisible, it looks like ships are floating XDQuote:
