New player human priest skill question

Hello
Im sorry i dont know a lot about warcraft but i watned to ask since i tried retail first and i got a quest to get desperate prayer skill and currently im level 34 and i cant find a quest for it or a way to learn it. I have also tried creating new priest character but at level 10 quest did not pop up. Also i`ve read that you can get Feedback skill at level 20 as a human priest but there is no quest either. Im really sorry if that sounds dumb for all of you that have been playing but im kind of stuck.

Priest racial skills were removed in WotLK. You must have read TBC guides.
Feedback was removed from the game entirely, desperate prayer is now a holy Tier 3 talent.
