Im stuck in spirit realm
I opened a ticket but no one replied yet so i was wondering is there something I can do to fix it myself

So I died and I cant move at all while in the spirit world, I'm next to the spirit healer and I cant click her to resurrect, I tried relogging and fully closing the game. I just lay dead in the spirit form unable to move or resurrect in any way, also unstuck doesn't work, it says I'm mounted when I try
