I can use Isboxer to multibox without getting banned right?

Yeah, you can multibox here using Isboxer.
The other server didn't allow multiboxing to its full extent. Technically, multiboxing is just having multiple clients open but you can control multiple of those using external programs here on Warmane.
Keep in mind, the limit is set to 5 clients as you can read here: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=434119
