Hello, I noticed that the alliance population decreased in each patch, they could give free transfer to the horde or transfer people from the ice crown (Ally) with items according to the ilvl of the patch.

Or you can continue playing on realm to which terms you've agreed by choosing it. Nothing else to deal about it, Alliance doesn't have such good racials for PvE progress and struggle to make use of their PvP advantage due to short seasons of Frostmourne
